Default Jeep 4.0L engine (non running) & np231 tcase --------> sold

I bought this engine and transfer case from someone on this site back in 2007 to use as a spare parts engine and stroker begining. I rarely drive my Jeep so I havn't needed any parts off it yet and have little interest in stroker now days.
Previous owner said it was from his 1991 YJ with aroung 200K miles, ran well but sounded like a diesel.
It turns over fine, has a lot of greasey muck on it. Mostly complete.
Will throw in the engine stand too.
All for $200, make me an offer, trades considered.
