Ford D60?

Got a quick question, i'm looking at a Ford dana60, from what the owner said it is a kingpin and it is open knuckle which i can see in pics. He says it is out of a 198ish truck. What i'm wondering is that it should be a high pinion if i'm correct? just trying to clarify because the owner doesn't know
