Default Pls help me build my Jeep Cherokee, in Waterford, MI

Since my open heart surgery last month I'm not physically able to put this 4.5" BDS lift kit on my 2001 Cherokee (NP242, D35)...I'm only allowed to life 15lbs now, but would like this kit to go on before winter...

So, I'm looking for someone (preferably someone who has experience lifting Cherokees), or a recommended shop, to help me ($$$) with the build. I'm in Waterford, MI. Takers??? I even have access to a hydraulic lift...

I've got springs, shackles, spacers, new control arms, tcase drop, hack-n-tap sye...just need new shocks and driveshaft.

Help a guy out and earn some loot...let me know!

if you want something to do that doesn't take alot of energy/strain, and make the job go easier and less time consuming, start spraying every nut and bolt you think you need to take out with penetrating oil, Shock/control arm bolts especially.

do you have all the tools (impact, torch, floor jack, sockets, wrenchs, jackstands) and a heated garage? I'll do it for 3 bills or a set of D60 helocopter steering arms next saturday.

Szott Jeep in White Lake (was Rose Jeep at the time) installed a standard 3" XJ lift for me about 10 years ago for under $400. Obviously a lot has probably changed since then but if nothing else it's another option for ya to try.

Special thanks to Nick (Sprocket) for doing an awesome job on my 4 1/2" lift...and affordably. He's a mechanic with alot of knowhow, great fab skills, and he's a helluva good guy. This XJ is my daily driver and watching Nick work I have confidence that it's not just put together right but safe and reliable.

Thanks also to the other guys on this thread who offered to help me out...all good people to talk to!
