I did get the tach working ran it off the tach pulse on the alternator to a dakota digital tach module and got it dialed in to the right rpm. Also tryed the cruise control while on the road test and that worked great. So as far as wiring goes all that is left to try is the a/c but i havent charged that up yet to try it, and i need to finish up the heat grid wiring, I have the solenoid on the fire wall all wired up just have to wire in the timer, I got a volkswagen glow plug timer that will turn on the heat grid when the key is turned on and shut it off after 20 secs.

Do you remember which fan hub you used? Even better maybe a part#? I'm thinking I'll need to to the same thing. Started working on the motor tonight. What color did you paint the motor also? Thanks

Thanks for the info again. I looked at my buddies 2001 and it's different then your picture. Do you know if it came off a 12 valve motor?

I hear that. I just bought some gaskets and the high a/c mount stuff, Cummins is VERY proud of their stuff!

finally got around to bagging the rear. all these pics are with no air in bags. just have air plumbed temporarily. gonna put a compressor and 4 valves on so i can control ride height in cab. also put on a rust free bed and had the bed painted black with eggshell clear coat, finding out the john deere blitz black is not durable at all. gonna have the front of truck repainted with clear coat set up that is on bed now in the spring.
