front and rear for 67 CJ5 mudd-er and rock climber

I am building a 1967 CJ5 to be a mud runner and a rock climber.
When it comes to the drive train, after it leaves the engine i don't know what i am talking about. can anybody give me some advice or pointers on how to select my front and rear end axles? I have a 4-bolt main 350 engine. I haven't picked out a transmission or transfer case yet either.

What do you have right now as far as axles go. Dana 60's are always nice but there are ways to make the 20 and 44's hold up pretty good.
