Do you think it is right that a college is trying to tell someone they get get 105% right on a test?

Think about it.

That isn't how real life works.

College sucks

I didn't say it was a math test!

He gave a curve because he made a mistake on the test that I caught, but most people didn't.

Right, but you can't actually achieve more then 100% at anything with a set top..

I was talking to stan the other day about what kids are being taught in school, and it is just plain retarded...

So, what happened is that you got a 100% on the test, and extra credit for catching his mistake.

I wouldn't get extra credt. My big Russian Prof would Krush(!!!) me!

As for what this is teaching me, the final grade can't calcuate to over 100% anyway, and I don't think that I can ever be above perfect, don't you worry. (As a matter of fact, the engineer in me tells me that nothing is close to perfect because everything can be improved).

Hey CC!

If you want something to B*tch about, tell me about what you think about this-

After we got our tests back, the kid next to me said, "Yeah! I got three right. Thanks man! I copied that one off of you! You're smart; I knew you'd get it right."

We could argue this for hours. Who gives a shit what they teach in grade school, high school, or undergrad. All of that is meant to teach you how to learn. To teach you how to think. You are going to do your learning on the job and in grad school. The rest is teaching you how to think........
