We did that on my buddies Bronco several years back...and it was the tow rig for the Jeep we had blown up earlier in the day. Nothing like setting up a new ring and pinion on a picnic table in the campground.

I got the rest of the pics today. I was very impressed! In every shot that you can see my face or my passengers-we were all smiles.
Here's just a few of the ones I liked....

Here's the full jump in sequence:

And then there was this poor guy. I felt SO sorry for him. Earlier in the day it looked liked he had just gotten it back together after a paint job. It was beautiful.

I fear this moment every time I turn the key on my waggy.

Shitty.

However, your Bronco is looking pretty good.

Sweet pics.

What size paddles are you running? I have a set that are ~31" I want to try, but I think they will look funnay with my 35" on the front..

I have never ran paddles on anything other than quads and dirt-bikes. I am guessing the difference is just as big?

So I haven't done anything to the ride all summer except cruise and dune it.

That changed today. I've been collecting parts and pieces to rebuild an old 750 DP that was on the shelf for a while. I got that buttoned up last weekend and got it bolted on today. After a quick test drive, it was determined that I was only getting about 1/2 throttle. The secondaries never even opened up and the truck was already faster than it was with the old carb. After about 30 minutes of adjusting linkages, we were finally getting WOT. After the tires quit spinning (on pavement), I ran it up to the standard 5500 R's and shifted. We kept pulling hole shots and pushing the envelope further and further. By the time we were at the point I didn't want to push things any harder, we were spinning just shy of 7000 RPMs and it was still pulling as hard as the launch.

I'm hoping to get it up in the sand tomorrow for a couple hours to finish dialing it in. I don't know if I'll be able to get any vidio of it, but I'll see what I can arrange.

Here's a quick video of that motor winding out and shifting at 7000 R's. The great thing is it's still pulling as hard as it does at 2500.
