I would like $3500 or trade for a 4x4 Ext Cab Ranger or something similar.

As a whole vehicle it needs - Front main seal is leaking, valve cover gaskets are leaking, windshield wipers only work currently with a toggle switch. The wiper issue I believe to be the GEM module, I haven't been able to find one yet. I can take more pictures if you like, I have put around 2000 miles on it since I finished it this spring and until the seal started leaking there were no issues. I got 16.7 mpg with it the only time I checked mileage, this was from Hamilton to Fremont via us-31 without using overdrive and shifting rather aggressively. It should easily be capable of 20+ if shifted sooner and O/D was used.
