Does your payout stated in the rules on your web site increase if you get more entries than "X"? 100% pay back? And is the current payout guaranteed regardless of a poor showing?

19. Prize money will be awarded as follows for Open Class: 1st place $500.00, 2nd place $300.00, 3rd place $200.004th place 10 visit park pass, 5th place 5 visit park pass.
Payout for the Sportsman Class will be based on the number of entries we have, and how much is in the pot.

What is listed in the rules is our projected payout with 5 entries, which is we are hoping to have. If we don't get 5, then we'll adjust the payout with what we have that day. Still paying back all of the pot reguardless. The payout will increase with more entries.

So with 10 entriesa at $200 thats $2000...minus $500, $300, $200 =$1000 what happens to the other $1000 in entry fees?
woundn't you only need 5 entries for the payback amount listed?

......gonna try and be there if i don't screw up my buggy to bad in Canada

You are correct, sorry for the goof.
It has been corrected to 5.
If more show, then the pot goes up.

Default Sportsman Class Tires Sizes/Classes

The classes for the Sportsmans Challenge on Sunday Oct. 23rd, are:
31"-33" Tires, 33"-37" Tires, and 37"-44" on up.

We'll run for what's in the pot based on how many entries we have per class, plus prizes.

Thanks.

Nope, Open Class on Saturday, Sportsmans Class on Sunday.
We changed it up a bit from last year.
First place on Saturday is just first place with some fame, glory, and a little bit honor.
You're welcome to run Sunday if you win Saturday, but it's gonna cost ya another $25 bucks.

974x4Taco, don't bail because you're only on 38's. You wouldn't believe how it shook out last year.
David whooped Goliath in a big way last year. It's about your driving skill, not so much your tire size.
It's going to be a riot, so come on out and run. The course is awesome, and we are adding more crazy stuff every evening.

Trail Junkie, you can run either or both. You run what you brung on Saturday's Open Class, and you would be in the larger tire size class on Sunday's Sportsman Class Run.
Remember, $200 to enter the Open Class on Saturday, and $25 for the Sportsman Class on Sunday.

Nothing just that some serious rigs were in that but since yours is full body and there are some crazy buggies on here on the same tires size as you id run the sportman class

100hp, leafsprings, 38's doesn't stack up well, even against a rig like trailjunkies, I was there last year and seen what happened, but, to be fair the ony reason golliath went down is because they didn't have a winch.

I may come run, just have to play it by ear.

Well, that's why we are running a Sportsman Class this year.
It give's folks that wouldn't normally run in a Comp, a chance to try it out on a more level playing field.
If you want to go big on Saturday, then here's your chance.
If you want to try it out and see what it's like, maybe race a buddy, or settle a Club Grudge, then Sunday's your race.
It's all about letting it hang out with some fun wheeling, meeting some new people, and having a good time before the snow flys again.
