Default 99 ford ranger running light prob

So my 99 ranger has a prob, I have checked the fuse and the bulbs. The prob is when I turn on the headlights I have running lights up front but the rear ones don't work. Anyone run into this prob or know what it might be?

do the brake lights work?

Does the '99 have the combined stop/turn lights, or is there a seperate bulb for the turn signal?

Break lights work, the running lights and break lights work off of the same bulb and yes the turn signal has its own bulb, I replaced the break light/running light bulbs and still the runners don't work

Look underneath for corroded wiring esp. if there has been trailer wiring done.
