Well to make $. Building and selling mobile food trucks / trailers has been one of the branches of my empire as well as the commercial equipment. It looks like I might be going back to work for the man for a while so I might keep it, rent it, use it, maybe sell it, build another one. I dont know, I am confused.

I have a couple updates. I havent been working on this the last month or two, but it is back on my radar. I have the smoker mounted (still need to paint it), I puked up a bunch more diamond plate on it (there is more on it now than what is pictured), made some of the grates for the smoker, etc etc, drank beer, etc.

Smokers do not get very hot at all. mine is just warm to the touch except for right on top of the fire box which really doesnt get to hot, I store my wood on top of it and use it as a way to dry the wood when using the smoker.

I have made some progress. Ive been busy working for the man, so my time has been limited to weekends mostly. The cooking grates are done, the mounts for them are done, smoker is painted, more diamond plate has been cut and ready for final install, lots of little details, bla bla bla. I might cook on it tomorrow.
