Yes yes. Made some progress today. Hancho stopped by today with his handy dandy plasma cutter. He cut the legs off of the smoker and cut the holes in the table for the steam warmers. I finished mocking up most of the fresh and grey water tank mounts, cut the trailer up, finished boxing in the cabinets and moved some of the stuff around to make it more betters. I need to get a 4x8 sheet of diamond plate quick. I have some but not enough. Still LOTS to do. These pics are in no particular order.

Yes. It is basically about 9' x 6'ish . I have a canvas tent thingy but a nice EZ-up would be the ticket.

The whole thing is a tortilla warmer. I have made some progress. Got all the holes cut for the sinks, more metal on the frame, got all the diamond plate cut for the sides, walls, bottom and cabinets, etc. I will take some pics tomorrow.

The BBQ comp may be a dream. I do not have a "team" yet. As of now I am the only one who wants to do it. It will cost $250 to enter, probably almost $100 for meat and supplies, and the BBQ association will probably cost $ too. I dont have an extra $350 + sitting around to do the comp. Does anyone want to be on the team and split the costs or ??? I didnt think so. I will still have it done for the comp and at least have a for sale sign sitting on it in their parking lot. There is also a "back yard" class that may be more affordable. We will see. I might be rich within one month anyway.

I would join you but I have to watch the grass grow.

Actually, I wish you could make it happen but I'm not around to help right now.
