I go back and forth between too.

Regular Everyday I use a bi-fold Mighty Wallet like the one pictured here:
It's made by Dyno Mighty Designs out of a heavy duty Tyvek. I've had mine for over a year and it's still holding strong. It's nice because you get the benefit of a full Bifold with 2 bill pockets but it's no where near as bulky, plus they have lots of cool designs.

On vacations or when I go somewhere I want even less bulk than the mighty wallet, I use a magic wallet like this one, only mine is canvas instead of leather and it only has one card slot on each side instead of 2.

It's nice carry it in the front pocket and it keeps ya from loading it up with crap you don't need!! LOL

I use one like this but mine is leather spring clip holds cash inside and pockets on each side for cards and such. I do not carry a bunch of crap like business cards, just dl debit and cc cards insurance and very little else. I always carry in front pocket.

http://www.grandbands.com/

Get the cheapie stainless steel one and a set of replacement bands. Set for a few years.

More compact than a clip, and gets away from having the bulge on your back pocket messing up your back and pelvis.
