IMO, 10 is too wide. 9" is common for beadlocks, I'd target 8 or 9" wide.

15 or 17 is your choice. If you are staying 37 and bigger, I'd go 17" if you are buying new tires.

I wouldn't get anything with more than 24 bolts or so.

I've been planning to go with trail ready aluminums once I swap my axles and need a new bolt pattern.

Well this went a little awkward......

But for wheels. If I remeber right, adding weld on bead locks add 1" to the wheels..

inner air locks vs beadlocks:

inner air locks put pressure on both inner and outer beads
inner air locks do not effect DOT approval (as far as I know)

bead locks typically only protect the outer bead (unless you buy ones that are designed to lock both beads)
bead locks add more weight to the tire/wheel assembly
bead locks are typically not DOT approved, unless they state that they are (not a concern if this is an off-road only rig, obviously)
and I believed it could be said that bead locks require more weight to balance them properly (assuming it can be balanced...some designs may not allow the balancing weights to be attached)

I'm sure there are other things i am missing, but others can chime in. I'm not trying to bad mouth bead locks, this is just my opinion. We are not tire or bead lock dealers at this time...

I would not go with more than an 8" wide wheel regardless of what style lock you go with.
