Default Anyone seal stamped concrete?

I need to get my front patio restained and was wondering if anyone does that on here. Its a small job but I need to do it myself or find someone to do it.

If you do do it yourself here are some tips:

Make sure the concrete is at least 30 days old or the coating will not last. Green concrete destroys coatings. Avoid your normal home depot/lowes/walmart clears. they suck and do not last. Wait at least a week before anything heavy goes back on it, they coating may feel dry but the cosolvents take a while to leave the film and make it soft.

Dix Block on Dix in LP sells the sealant.

I've used it on mine for the past few years...

Pressure wash/scrub well and ensure it's really dry.

I used to sell the supplies a few years back. We recommended the Clear Seal sealant - it's expensive but it's supposed to be the best. You could talk to Rich at M-TEC in Waterford - he could give you the rundown or recommend someone that does the sealing.
