85 and earlier was Solid axle, after 85 was IFS.

1988 was IFS on all models of 4runner and mini truck it could be a land cruiser because i dont know if they were solid axle in 88

Is that the original rear axle? It looks to be the same width as the front? Rear axle should be wider than the front if its a 94.

It's the original axle that was in it when I got the truck, before any axle or suspension modification was done to it, and yes it is a 94

Rear tires are the same width as the front, and it is a 94 and it is the original rear axle.
