Take a look at my build thread and see when I started tearing into the '66. November 26, 2010 - I'm still under a year on that build, which isn't bad for my first project that requires any kind of fab work.

Plan is to just put it back together with my old 283 and have it be a decent stocker. Just need to update the brake system to dual-circuit for peace of mind.

Anyhow, I planned on storing it at your house.

Yes, yes it was. it'd been sweet too.

Cadi 501, but pretty close. Check some historic Hot Rod Magazine Junkyard Jewel articles. This motor has some serious potential.

Cool. I think people don't understand, when good deals are there you take them. Even if it sits for years, its there when you are ready.

Nice ride, I want a truck like that blacked out with a twin turbo LS motor one of these days.

Focus more on the truck so I can come by and steal your house! Not like break in and take shit, but physically steal the house itself. I'm starting to look for something in the Howell/Pinckney area and log cabins give me a chubby

Until you have to do the maintenance.

There's several in my hood that went cheap ($90K for 2000sqft+ $ 1.5-2 acre lots).
