Default Missing sticky trap?

In my shop I have a 1/2" gap next to one of my big doors and a few weeks ago saw a mouse sitting in there. I had the 2 sticky traps that I had put in the motorhome while it was in storage. There were just sitting there so I figured I'd at least put one along the wall and the other right in front of the gap. A month later I got a baby/young mouse in one and the other is gone..? I looked everywhere and cannot find it. My question is, should I be worried about what got stuck to it and be big enoung to carry away the 6" long 3" high triangular trap? I mean did I catch a sasquatch? If so how did he fit through the 1/2" crack? I don't want him out there waiting for me with a shovel or somthing...

Thats why I always staple them to the wall or floor. they can't run away that way.

Wasn't it you who had the bat problem a couple of weeks ago? Is that what you found?

I love it when you find a sticky trap with a big patch or hair on it.
