Default Tire Shopping

I'm in the market for a new set of shoes. In the 35" flavor for a 16" rim. Probably a Trxus Mud, or KM2. Who's got the best prices right now? I've been searching and am totally sticker shocked at the moment. Hard to believe I'll be dropping over $1k for 4 tires.

I'd go with the KM2, i haven't run them personally but i've run the trxus mud and they're not that great on road, or offroad

My buddy works at Costco and can get a set of KM2's out the door for $977

I've been running Trxus Muds for the last 2 years. Of all the muds I've had, these have been the best all around tire I've used. But, the price may keep me from getting another set.

Buy used, the price of new tires is out of control but the used market is low due to the economy.

Lots of 31's to 33's out there. Good 35's for a 16" rim, that's a little tougher to find.

I got my 35x12.50r15 Goodyear MT/Rs from Budget tire in Lansing. $1250 for 5 of them, tire only. The KM2s were about the same, just not readily available. I wanted the Truxxs, but they were telling me 3 months delivery. I love my MT/Rs

I know this is a bit old but I found this site:

Pretty good prices plus free shipping.
