Default Tracing vehicle history

A guy that bought my car in January called me last night and told me that his son got in a small fender bender with it and it needs new paint work. The car has a custom Marblized paint job, and he cant find anyone in his area who will even attempt to match the paint. He wanted the name of the painter who did the work on the car (who is also the person i purchased the car from 6 years ago) I no longer have records of the painters name or phone number as it was 6 years ago.

My question is: Does anyone know of any way of getting the owners name before me? All i know is he lived in Chesaning 6 years ago when i purchased the car. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

You might be able to go to the SOS and get an owner history.

I'm almost positive he's around Chesaning. I'm surprised you haven't heard of him.
