Default jeep motor swap? NEED HELP

can I take a distributed 4.0 and switch it over to coil packs. and can I also take a motor from a 91 comanchee and drop it into my 2000 xj.

Forget the engine swap, just put 6 or 7 led bars on it and call it a day

I think adding more leds and a snorkel may solve every problem.

Cam sensor ........Smam sensor......
