Default Walker Evans beadlock bolts

Ok I picked up a new to me set of bead locks and the problem is that half or so of the bolt inserts came out with the bolts. The inserts thread into the rim but and not all of the treads are in perfect shape.

Would you just put a larger bolt into the insert hole or would you buy/repair all of the damaged inserts? Any other ideas? I want them to be safe and work properly but not spend a fortune on these rims.

thanks

Pics would help but based on what you are saying the inserts may have stripped out of the wheels. That's not good. I would contact Walker Evans and see what they tell you.
