I've watched people haul in less.

My load yesterday was 1300#s, all fit in the shortbox off a dodge.

I've done as little as 500lbs in steel. Recycler is not far from my house.

But then it was all from cleaning my garage, I don't know how scrappers cover their gas cost chugging around neighborhoods all day.

That was about my smallest to, in my piece of crap mini van. But it was aluminum!
I have a couple of buckets of scrap now. But there are 2 battery's by my buckets, I have no clue were they came from. And I bought a marine battery yesterday without a core. So I'm glad somebody added to my pile. I can take one in and get 12 $, back.

I saw this gem this morning, I bet it was sweet when it was new. What to you think the handcuffs on the bumper are for?

It's amazing how the people with the scariest loads are always the ones hauling ass.

I don't see a problem with that combo. Newer car and trailer complete with a spare. Much better than a beater, with a blue trap flappin in the wind. Then ditched on the e-way when the bald -weather checked tire let's loose or the dry wheel bearing seizes.

Well within that car's tow rating. No problem there.
