Default Fixed now what is it worth?

Im going to be trading one of my paintball gun set ups soon and I havent had it shooting right for like a year. Ive replaced o-rings and lubed it up good and still not shooting right. It wont reload to shoot another paintball. Its a Piranha GTI with 3,5,8 round burst and full auto. its an electric gun if that helps. Let me know if pic would help. Any help would be great thanks.

since that ^ is fixed now I need to know what it is worth?? It's a Piranha GTI with 3,5,8 round burst and full auto. Comes with mask, gun, 14" Sniper barrel", 9oz. and 20oz. tanks that i just filled today, hopper, and 500 paintballs. Whats its worth??

First, check your air pressure. If you don't have enough air/ CO2 in your tank, it won't recock. Next, check your velocity adjuster. If you have it cranked all the way in because you're trying to up your FPS, it might make the spring tension too tight to recock. Also, check your valve (you'll have to pull down the front end of the gun) and make sure that it's moving free.

Basically, if you can understand how the gun is trying to work, you can fix it yourself easily. Your particular gun is a "stacked tube open bolt" meaning you've got the bolt and hammer stacked on top of each other. In the "ready to fire" position, the bolt is open, meaning a ball is free to drop in and load. When you pull the trigger, it flips a microswitch, which trips the sear. This releases the hammer, which via spring power is pushed forward into the valve body. The valve body has a pushrod which the hammer hits, pushing the valve to open. When the valve opens, air is passed through the bolt, which fires the paintball. Air also pushes the hammer back, and since the hammer is physically connected to the bolt, it returns it to the "ready to fire" position.

Things that can impede the function... low input pressure. Low pressure at the valve body (plugged air line/ brass "filter"), sticking valve, sticking hammer. Low battery can be a bitch too, since the solenoid that trips the sear might not have enough power to do just that. If you've got air, and good batteries, and everything is moving well, you might want to look at your anti-chop eye (if your gun has one). It's a photovoltic (light sensitive) switch that trips when a ball falls past it. If it's got paint/ dirt/ dog shit covering the switch, it thinks there's a block, so it won't allow the gun to fire.

Give that a shot, see where it gets you. If nothing else, run it over with a Jeep, and at least you'll feel better.

Not sure what you did to fix it, but just FYI, many of the Electronic guns (Spiders, Parahnas, ect) use a lesser known 9.6v battery (looks just like a 9v). If you use a 9v in these guns, it might shoot, but not for long before doing the "click click" issue again. 9.6v can be found at most Paintball shops in a rechargable form.

Just a thought, incase you still have issues.

was just suggesting the winter thing because CO2 gets cold and doesn't like to expand as much.
