Default flea markets in mid Michigan?

I am looking to find some flea markets in mid Michigan. I lost my tools in a fire 3 months ago and am fighting with the insurance co. I have been hitting the one in Bay City but that is the only one. A neighbor said there used to be a good one in Harrison but he doesn’t know if it is still there. Does anyone know if Harrison still has one? I found one online in the south end of Saginasty but when I went there it was out of business. Does anyone know of any others?

Don't know of Flea markets but another suggestion for used tools would be pawn shops and garage sales.

I have never seen a tool at a reasonable price at a pawnshop.
Garage sales can have great prices on typically crappy tools, but some times I get lucky.

Where is burley park?

Skip the flea markets and catch some live auctions near you.

www.auctionzip.com and do a zip code search for auctions near you.

MegaMall in Lansing has a flea market every third Sunday of the month. There's usually some tools there. I haven't checked prices though.

That's where a lot of the flea market people get their tools. Mel White Auctioneer might be a good one to check out.

Yes it is.. If heading north through town. Its on the north-west corner at the second stop light. Open saturdays and sundays 9-4. There is a vendor there that deals in MIT tools.. Plus you can find others that have some.. If there is anything special you are looking for, let me know and I will check this weekend.. (my parents own the market)

I don’t want any MIT stuff. I am looking for older USA tools. I need some flex head ratchets, hex sockets and flex sockets, odd hammers and a few specialty tools. I am also looking for a turkey fryer type propane burner. I am sure there will be something I never knew existed but I will desperately want once I see it. If I have the time I can take the family up there this weekend.

I have a very used turkey fryer burner for cheap if you are ever down near Lansing. I got it with some beer brewing equipment a couple years ago. I have a new one and don't need it.

Check out the antique festival in Midland, there should be one coming up in a week or two. They have 3 of them every summer, and sell absolutely EVERYTHING. They also have a car show, and vintage car part swap meet. Lots of vendors and tons of useful stuff.

Looks like its this coming weekend!
