Confirming D60 shaft length

Well, all but my short side inner have been upgraded to Alloy shafts. Looks like it's time to do that one too.

It's a little fubarred but it looks like the end of the shaft to the center of the yoke is 19". I'm curious if that's the right number or it is an 1/8" or so off.

1978 D60.

He broke it on a tire at r&v. Anyplace you order the shaft from will know what you need since it's a stock length shaft. Pretty common.

Too bad your sig doesn't have actual links.

Thanks for the input guys. I was going to call Moser but I'll check with Branik too.

I stuck my tire down into a flat loader tire on the lot crawl. Full turn bind didn't work too well.

Price and delivery for 35 spline? Are your splines cut or rolled?

I can get that for you as well. $185.95 delivered.

I don't have one on the shelf, so it would be about 4-5 business days before you would receive it.

I can also ship it directly from my supplier for an additional $15. You might have it by the end of this week going that route.

This is Yukon 4340, lifetime warranty

When we purchase axles that are stock length they will be rolled splines.
When we custom cut an axle length, for either a custom application or due to time restrictions they will be cut splines. We can usually turn around custom shafts in 2-3 days due to the fact we do all the work ourselves and we have over 40 dana60 blanks in stock.
PM sent on price

Went with a Moser. I've been using Moser for years and have had great success and service. I'm a "buy american" guy so I choose to not buy an import if possible. I couldn't justify the extra price of the Branik.

A big thanks to those who responded.

No, because you and I had already talked about it. I didn't want imports and as you told me, going direct to Moser is pretty hard to beat for American made.
