Default 10 bolt to 14 bolt ujoint question

Im sure its here somewhere couldnt find it

but we did a 14bolt conversion and of course the ujoints to 14bolt flange are to small...A quick google search shows a precision 447 joint....A quick lookup on that shows one set of caps to be 1.125 and the other 1.1850

problem being performance has them but there 42 bucks a pop..Id hate to buy , beat my old one out and still have the wrong joint....Anybody done this before?

or cheap route can i take a ujoint from 10bolt, pull to opposing caps off and stick caps on from a 14bolt joint?

thanks for ur help
