Wanted: R/C Car or Truck

Looking for a radio controlled car or truck:

Must be four-wheel drive
Must have capability to change from off road tires to smooth
Must be electric (rechargeable battery)
Must have controller

Looking to get into this hobby, and I'm somewhat of a beginner.

Do you have anything? thanks for looking.

do you a have a model in mind?...and I'm sure since you have mentioned your somewhat of a beginner you want somthing popular so you can purchase spare parts easy...I have a couple different cars and trucks..all of them are very popular team-losi just kinda give me an idea of your budget and I can hook you up.

If I was going to start over right now, I'd be going for one of the newer statium trucks- like the Traxxas Slash. Fully brushless and ready for LiPo packs right out of the box.
I have about 8 friends that run them and they are nothing short of amazing.
Great hobby shop support for parts and aftermarket support for hop-ups.

Just my $.02

Traxxas Slash as said above. $250 or so will get you out the door and running.

If anyone offers you anything by Redcat or Exceed run away.

Duratrax is also marginal.

Brands I'd stick to are Traxxas, Losi, Associated, and HPI. Ofna is good, but not a lot of places have a great part selection. Kyosho is awesome, but same problem with parts support.

Traxxas makes good quality tough stuff.

associated and losi make great stuff, but its more geared twards racing and parts are more lighter duty (at least on my XXX kinwald buggy)

I had a traxxas T-maxx and beat the hell out of it, only thing i ever broke was bumpers.
