Default Auxilary Fuel Tanks?

Has anyone added a auxilary fuel tank on a 3/4ton diesel truck? Did you tee off right into the fuel sytem of the truck or do you use an external pump?

I intalled them on Superduty diesels but they use a frame mounted high pressure pump instead of a in tank pump. With the Superduty I just use a electric 6 port valve between the pump and the tanks and let the in bed tank gravity feed into the pump, works great.

I do them a lot. It's a gravity feed set up that tee's into your filler hose. Turn the valve on the tank on and it fills your main tank, no spillover either with the check valve in the filler T. Never need to open your main tank again just fill the aux.

I can't wait to get a tank, tired of trying to find gas stations with diesel when pulling the 5th wheel.
