Default Advice on 1988 F150

I just recently purchased a 1988 f150 6 cyl 4.9L manual. The truck has been sitting for 4 years and took a little work to get going again. After replacing a few break lines and dealing with a seized air pump I took her out for a test drive. Everything for the most parts seemed normal but I noticed when I would let off the gas, the truck pretty rapidly slows down and seems like something is holding it back. Almost as if the parking break is engaged. However, when I push down the clutch, it acts 100% normal. Now I don't believe it to be the parking break, but I did also notice that the parking break is seized up and wont push down. Any advice?

What you may be referring to is engine braking, have you drove a stick before?

Id jack up the rear axle and try to spin the tires, and see if you get much resistance... Id actually try that with all the tires to see if a brake is dragging.

It feels as if the brake is dragging. If that's the case, how do I go about fixing that? Just replace the brakes?
