Default Dana 44 knuckle swap info please

I have a Wagoneer driver drop Dana 44. I am swapping it into a 3rd gen 4runner. I need the flat top knuckles and found some from a F250 Dana 44. I think (haven't seen them yet) that these have the 5 bolt spindles and eight lug hubs, I am only getting the knuckles. What I am wondering is if I use the ford 5 bolt knuckles to get the hysteer, then use a Ford spindle can I still use the 6x5.5 Wagoneer hub to keep the 6x5.5 wheel bolt pattern to match my rear axle? I have searched alot but can't find anyone who has used these knuckles and kept the chevy/toyota wheel bolt pattern, they all went with a 5 lug ford pattern. Thanks for any help.

If you do go with a 5 lug ford pattern you cant use the F250 knuckles, I tried this the calipers will not fit.

I am not using the Ford lug pattern I need it to be 6x5.5. The spindles are the 5bolt style not the 6bolt style like the Waggy or Chevy spindles/knuckles.

If you use F250 knuckles/spindles, you need to use F250 caliper stands and calipers. You will run into issues getting the rotor from a Waggy to line up with the calipers from an F250. That's what the above poster was explaining to you, I think. You can't use the Waggy caliper stand behind the F250 spindle, ASFAIK.
