dodge rear dana 60 Qs

carrier has some slop side to side? bearings?

pinion is leaking how hard to fix? on my own?

Slop....yes quite possibly bearings....really bad bearings. Make sure the bearing race did not spin in the housing and cause extra slop.

The hardest part of seal replacement is pulling the yoke without the proper tools. Sometimes a slight blow with a hammer pops them right off. Othertimes it is hard even with a puller.
