Default 2002 Ford F150 popping/ clunking

I have a 2002 ford F150, xlt v6 4.2l Automatic 2wd. 174k miles. Today I noticed that when going slow (foot off brake, not on gas) I hear a loud popping / clunking sound from the truck.

I was reading up on u-joints? Any other symptoms to look for?
Rear Diff?
Wheel bearings?

When you speed up just hear a hum (might be tires) and vibration (also might be tires)

It has been humming and vibrating for the last 10k miles if not more, but the popping and clunking at slow speed I just started hearing today

Sounds like a U-joint.
