My fancy drafting software isn't working so I drew this up. This is what I see... what's good and what's bad? Never laid some pipe in this fashion

I would try to keep the most headroom you can when designing the b pillar section. My $.02...

Hard to tell what might be best without looking at it in person

I'd move the b pillar more behind the seat and with the a pillar having that double bend I'll bet it folds easy.

After mustache run has been won I will be tearing the 93 apart. I will be cutting the sliders off that and recycle them.

Build for it to be used not for it to "just be there" if that's the case why have the a pillar bars at all? Build your halo right and in a roll you will just have a leaky bronco windshield installed anyway...
