but yes, you could. There are quads all over the place out on the trails. In charlenes property (or curly's) it would be fun too!

It would do quite well at Charlene's taking the bypasses to watch the jeeps and buggies.

busy weekend and making solid progress. I haven't really stopped to take pictures. I had to pull the motor again to put the final motor mount bracing in place. That is complete. hopefully I don't have to pull the drivetrain again.

I also had to move one of the upper links slightly to clear the remote oil cooler lines.

remote oil cooler in place, need a couple 90 degree 1/2" pipe fittings to plumb it complete. You can also see the tube that ties in the motor mount to the upper chassis.

And the rear shafts showed up! Awesome.

and here is a teaser of the rear suspension.

How are you going to get the mud out of your lower links after mud bogs?

Wow... Bones sucks at his "pic a day" promise. Good thing I've got nothing better to do with life but wait...

that would be awesome...I talked trailrail into getting a rzr and offing his buggy! although I would like to see this thing run before he trades it...I saw it being built and help put a couple of things on it and I will say it's badass. MCM builds some sweet rigs and this one has been my favorite.

I asked him about it and he told me I had to sniff is butthole after him and scooter get done with a game of hide and seek. I'm willing to bet that when he said "hide and seek" it was not the same game I remember as a child

Long nights inthe garage and there are a lot of things that are 95% complete and don't warrant pictures. Hopefully tomorrow I can cross a lot of things off the list, assuming more parts show up.

So your saying no pic again? That's it I'm gonna go read Honchos RZR thread instead. At least he has pictures.

at this point the buggy is 100% plumbed, including all vents.

Here is a cool trick Mike at MCM showed me... using the tubes as catch cans (which are required for competitions). I have the tcase and trans vented to the tubes in this picture. The vent lines attach in the middle of the tube and I installed radiator drain valves at the bottom of each tube.

I'm paranoid about transmission temps and I didn't like how the trans cooler was going to pull hot engine air through the cooler, so I fabbed an AL shield that mounts on the mounting tabs for the trans cooler and then wraps around the muffler. The trans cooler fan should pull cold air from the side away from the engine.
Neither of these pictures actally show how it mounts and how close the fan is to the muffler, but it is actualy a pretty cool piece that took well over an hour...

All the plumbing in place, along with the throttle cable (all 13 feet of it). The wiring will run on the opposite side of the chassis (at the bottom).

and the storm rolling in with a picture of my massive 20'x24' garage.

take off the header wrap...I was thinking about wrapping the rzr's exhaust and came up with many articles on why not to use it...this one was the best I found
