Not sure yet. Maybe $300, but don't quote me on that.

No worries. Just let me know once you have something and I would be more than happy to donate to your Fab Company proposal.

Also, would you care if you had to cut holes in the back so some mounts can go into the subframe?

Not at all. I have the Factory skid and nut-serts if that helps. Although that shit probably wont come apart without some serious heat. Got the factory hitch on there as well but that can go (dont want it or need it).

I have seen guys run some cut up square stock into the frame channel and weld nuts to the inside of the square stock so they can use/keep a gas tank skid. I would like to keep the gas skid as it tends to see some abuse.

Im debating on using either 1/4" plate or the cut-up tube. I'm leaning towards plate, cause it'll save time and money. They'll have nuts welded on, so it'll be bolted on where the hitch goes, so the hitch will have to go...good luck on removing the hitch bolts. Haha

Ive got an idea of what I want it to look like, but I'm waiting for a ZJ to appear in my driveway() so i can design one...well two, cause one's gonna be a winch bumper and the others gonna be just a plain bumper.

Do you know of they're 1/4" or 3/16"? They do look good though. I can tell that there's alot of work into them, especially with the radiused corners like that. I'm thinking about having them be close in design to my XJ one. Also, whats the grill and headlight difference between the 96' 97'? Is the grill longer or are the headlights shorter?

Il ask him next time i see him. the diffrence is 93-95 grills are shorter. 96-98 is a bit longer. headlights are the same.

both zj's in the pics i posted are the 96-98 grill style. just the black one is a 5.9 limited.

Oh, okay thanks. Ill try to make the bumpers for 93-96 and 96-98 the same. there will be some spacers that go under the headlight to fill the gap for the newer style and the mounts will be however much higher/lower than the older style.

The rear's close to being producable.. the first one, the one in the pics, was all welded together from seperate pieces, so there were no bent pieces...that's gonna change. Lol there was way too much weld going on, so now I'm designing it to have some sections that are bent up to not have to piece it all together. The mounts are gonna be 2x4" tube that slide into the subframe. Its gonna mount with 6 1/2" bolts right where the hitch would be.
