Default Air Compressor?

For the last few months I have been running my Plasma cutter off of a small 10 gallon air compressor . I'm looking for a compressor large enough to feed the plasma cutter and one that is quiet. The one I have now is very loud. 220v or 110v is fine. What do you recommend (Brands, styles, sizes)?

I got a big one from home depot. Itll run my orbital sander with no prob. Its 220 v. So u gotta have enough juice to run it and the plasma.

If you want a quite compressor, stay away from the direct drives and go with the belt driven units. After that check the cfm required for the plasma cutter and size the compressor to have that much output as a minimum.
