Default Bundy Hill this weekend. 23 and 24th of July

We're heading to Bundy Hill this weekend and camping in the area. We'll be there both Saturday and Sunday. Let me know if you're heading there.

I'm about 99.9% sure I saw you both up there today. I was the one conquering mud holes and small mountains in the slightly lifted red Subaru. I was there with two guys riding quads (1 ended up blowing a tire and brought his lifted Ave out for a bit) and my other buddy was there in his lifted all black 4 door jeep.

I was skirting the shore of Buck Lake in about 6" of water. I was just about to get out of it when it dropped to 3 feet of water and mud. Zero warning. After waiting about 2 hours to get a pull out of there. (Thanks to whoever you are!) Bundy Hill staff tried and failed. Their 4x2 winch truck got stuck, ran out of gas and the wouldn't start. After getting pulled out I discovered that my flex fan got pulled into the radiator due to the viscosity of the mud. Those blades sliced open my radiator. Advanced Auto parts then ordered the radiator for an '88 Wagoneer (XJ) instead of an '88 Grand Wagoneer. Yeah, that didn't work out so well.

When you're looking at the lake, did you get stuck in the thick mud to the right? My buddy sank his 4 wheeler there and it went from 6" of water to 3' of thick mud.
