Default Anyone Know how to install windsheild in 87 mustang gt?

just as the title says my gt hasa crack in the windsheild...i bought one from salvage yard and would like it installed...harmon auto glass wants 145 for labour or 280 for a new one installed...

forgot to mention paying CAsh!

i have a guy in sterling heights that would give you a hell of a deal...but distance might not be worth it.

Watch video on youtube and then go install new windeshield, but be very careful.

Hardest part is getting old one out. Local guy around here gets about $130-150 for a lot of vehicles.

i got a guy for 140 out the door... but it is easy to do a foxbody i done a few in my time...

The guys I use will install a new windshield for under $200 including the glass.

You will need a heated shop if you are going to install it with butyl as it was originally. Could use urethane too I think.

$280 sounds high but I have not priced a mustang one lately. Last year I paid $280 for both new windshields installed in my 89 4runner & 93 p/up then he ate the deductable on my 97 4runner. Guy came right to my house and did all 3 in a few hours.
