Seeing as I didnít really think the first design threw and I built it on the fly in about a half an hour and I realized itís spring and I donít need a snow plow I redesigned the front bumpers bottom bracket. I kept with the simple theme and just did a straight bracket. I actually like this better and wonder why I didnít think of this before?

My wife and I looked at razors, but we determined it would be 13,000 for one outfitted to be road legal.

I bought a 2005 rubicon for 14000 it seat 4 and is road legal.

Nice job on the front tube-work. Looks great. And I agree, these retarded things are a blast. Truth be told if they were around when I got into jeeping I may have never made it to full size since I came from atv's. Enjoy and when you're up to st. helen (like you were speaking of last Sat) give a hollar and I'll meet you guys out there!

I argue this a bunch. However, it I could afford a jeep as nothing more than a toy, I would be seriously considering a RZR. However, I use my jeep as my DD too.

They're awesome but I wish they would've just stepped up to a 1000....and they need to offer the XP in a 4 seater. That would be a blast for the dunes.

They'll never replace a Jeep, I couldn't see going through 3-4' of snow in the winter with one of these, or rock crawling in any of the big parks.

Well I started my first rounds of mods to make this thing street legal, the parking brake. I ordered a parking brake off ebay for a Yamaha Raptor Quad, cut the cable to fit and drilled out a bolt for a clamp end. It works sweet, and folds under the dash out of site when not in use...I have a total of $35 in to this part of the project. These are shitty pics but you get the point.

Damn good idea. I pulled the parking brake off of my Raptor a few weeks ago and almost threw it away yesterday, I know what I'm going to do with it now.

From everything I have read, DFR makes a great kit for these. I'm sure you will love the improved ride and suspension travel. Going from a standard RZR to the S was a huge improvement for me, and with those Elka's (as long as you get them setup correctly), yours will be leaps and bounds above a stock S as far as ride quality goes.
