Sitting in chemo.

As of now the CTCA is out. My insurance won't pay down there. Sucks. But on a side note it does appear that things are shrinking. Gut they did find cancer cells in the fluid they took off my lung. I was expecting that though.

Are there any other places that your insurance will allow?

If you head over this way for any of the Detroit area hospitals you know you always have a place to stay.

So I had 14 liters drained of my abdomen yesterday. I feel better today but still feel like I fell down 100 flights of stairs. The chemo is hard on joints and body parts. Sore is not the right word for the discomfort I'm in.

Fullsize

You are a inspiration to many people, myself included.

I read every time you post to see the updates. I have my own medical issues and i always ,someone has it worse then me. I then read how positive you are and it gives me strength to deal with mine.

If this world had a few more people like you and your attitude we would be better off.

Keep up the fight brother, and remember NEVER GIVE UP!

God Bless you and your family.

Rich

You feel like you are whining? Toughen up Colin, you aren't whining, you're fighting for your fucking life! No amount of complaining or frustration or pain, or posting will ever be thought of as whining. Keep up the fight and vent away!!! You need to vent, it will help with the fight.

Keep fighting, I for one believe you WILL win the fight, I just hope it's soon (cause I'm sick of the whining )

I lost my great grandmother last night. Very sad but she is now in a better place.

On a better note I ate a complete meal last night for the first time in months and I'm up already this morning waiting for my wife to make me some biscuits and gravy. I even pulled the sausage out of the freezer for her. Tonight I'm grilling a fresh t bone that I got from some great people who just butchered a cow. This might sound weird but I feel like a breath of fresh airhas been breathed into my lungs.

I am sorry to hear of your great grandma, and yes I beleive she is in a better place.
When I read your quote about how you felt, I got a real good feeling about that. I pray and believe you got your miracle. When God does things he breaths life into us and you just got two lungs full of life breathed into you.
Thanks for the update.
You are an inspiration to all of us who go through hards times and to see you fighting daily to hold onto this precious thing called LIFE.
God Bless You and Your Family Collin.
I will continue to pray for your recovery and comfort to your family knowing you are all in Good Hands.

Well the dr does not think my current Durgs were working due to some things going on. He switched my drugs and I'm started on them now. At this point I'm not sure what to do. But I know we are headed to U of M in the next few weeks.
