I've had 2 Comp Cams extreme 4x4's in my blazer. You need some more info on the vehicle first! Stock stroke? Tranny, gears, rpm range, what heads, valve size, dual plane or single plane intake and so on

Last time I built one of those motors I used a Sig Erson TQ20 cam.It worked great No idea if still available. You need to do some research like previous poster said. Intended usage and gears, tire size, trans, etc all play a part in selecting a cam.
