I vote yes. I use my zippered windows all the time. Picture it's cold and rainy so you run the doors. Then you get to a place where you need to see out the side but will catch the door if you open it. Zing, the zipper works.

Randy, I guess you need to actually wheel to experience this.

The way that Mark Saxton has his setup seem to work well.

His have a quick release of some type and he has storage for them behind his head with a bungee cord or something like that.
