I generally don't sell the abrasion guard alone, I have been known to give it away though.

Yes I can splice the line back together, assuming its in good condition. Generally repairs run $30 and the includes return shipping to you. I can throw some abrasion guard in as well.

Generally there will be some line removal to get back to good cord. But with 125', you've got some to give up. I meant if the rest of the line is in good shape, i.e. Not chaffed or abraded anywhere that will significantly impact the overall strength of the line.

Let me know.

Youd be looking at $298 shipped with 5' abrasion guard and powder coated tube thimble. I have this on hand right now.

Allright... Here is a deal that someone should jump on.

3/8 x 85' Amsteel Blue winch line with tube thimble and 5' abrasion guard
3/8 x 50' Amsteel Blue extension, soft eyes with abrasion guard built into the eyes

Normal price for these together is $386.

Asking $325 shipped. I can add a hook to the winch line for $25. You wont find a better price on this combo anywhere in the net. One time only deal and this is a combo only deal.

Generally speaking on an 8000 pound winch it will be 100' of 5/16 or 85' of 3/8. Whats your rig weigh loaded, what is your rig and how often do you use your winch?

his rig is the tj in his avatar and has 36" iroks stock everything else so right around stock. he uses his winch on a normal basis when wheeling,( he seems to find dumb stuff to try) ... also interested in 85" of what ever for my chereoke on 38's half tons and soon to be caged. thanks drew

Ok... I would suggest 3/8 for both of you then. 5/16 would work for the occasional use, but if the tendency to play runs amuck, you may find yourself needing the full strength of the 3/8 as well as an increased safety factor.

3/8 x 85' with a hook runs $251 shipped USPS Priority. I encourage anyone to compare my shipped prices to other companies selling Amsteel Blue (SK75) winch lines. Viking, Amsteelblue.com, Custom Splice etc. I wont always be the lowest, however I usually am. And you get the satisfaction of knowing your product was made right here in the Great Lakes region by someone that supports the sport here in the Great Lakes.
