It's got 124,000 on it.
The interior has 1 rip in it, on the side of the driver seat by the door. The rest is VERY clean. The exterior has no rust, a few dings. Front end almost all new, new shocks all the way around. Brakes and all hardware done in 09. The entire air conditioning unit was replaced last year. I have reciepts for all the work done. Sony CD player. This thing was obviously loved. Owned by the same guy since 03. Runs smooth and drives straight. I'm very comfortable sending my daughter out on the roads in this. Was worth the wait.

Actually her grandma gave her a 2001 Chevy Tracker,(she was up for a new car) she wanted an XJ , so we sold the tracker and the extra it cost was paid for by savings bonds her grandpa had given her. Only thing I put into it was the hunt and drive time. Ok, and insurance will be on my bill

Great deal. If shes going to keep it stock, consider upgrade those headlights to a relay harness and some better housings at least, or HID. I don't sell them anymore, so thats not a plug, but those headlights and large gauge wiring are a hazard for a young driver. Mine even with the fog lights on (which hers seem to be missing or that option box not checked) was a joke.

Sorry, but that's just funny!

It will be getting a budget lift and 30's in the very near future. We will see from there what kind of interest she has in anything more. If I get my way on it ....far from stock but this is HER XJ

$4,000, what a deal! I was looking at xj's for a long time and I can't believe the price for many of them, as you probably saw too. I ended up finding a 1999 sport that I fell in love with, can't say I got the deal you did ,but it drove great and it met my strict criteria (black paint). I'm also curious as to if you know what bb you'll be placing on it, since that will likely happen this spring on mine. Anyhow, I hope it serves her well.

Well Duneman I was really set against the add a leaf after reading some not so nice reviews on a diff forum. However, I was assured via pm by someone I have the utmost confidence in that if done right there are no issues with this way of lifting. So looks like 2" pucks in the front and add a leaf. Done for less then $100 bucks so i'm told.(thanks Joel!) Have the pucks and 30" tires set up, lost out on the leafs due to my own err in thinking. (sorry Roger)

***ScOoter...read your pm's, would like to swing out and grab those tires from ya
