Had it on the trail over the Holiday weekend.... The ride was a bit soft but was very smooth as I did not add oil to the shocks because I wanted a starting point to go off of. Still have a list of things to do, but at least its rolling under its own power:

Lower tubes bent and placed:

Rear truss almost done:

Charged the shocks and loaded it on the trailer Sat afternoon Delvin and I were wrenching on it till 4:30 in the morning trying to get the thing done...

Up north pics:

Need to paint a lot of things, but tentatively plan to hit R&V June 16th with a local off road group.

It doesn't look like you got to try anything very hard, but what's your feeling on the front 4-link? Is it working like you hoped, or do you have more to do to make it work? I don't recall you posting a pic of the rear upper mounts for the front, can you? What's your belly to ground measurement?

Didnt try anyhting too dificult as it was its first voyage and the steering was just put on (still need bracing, skid plat,etc).... the 4 link worked awesome, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Rode very smooth and functioned as it should. There were no clearance issues to the neighboring components, etc.... The front upper mounts are attached to the rocker tubing which is tied into the cage. Unfortunately I do not have a great picture for this other than:

Its not sitting at the intended ride height, but its somewhere around 22-24" right now.... I can get an actual measurement later. Need to add oil to the shocks as there too soft and also add a bit more pressure. First attempt was 200psi both front and rear...

Realized there hasnt been much added to this build (too busy enjoying it).

Here is a small dunes jump right after it was finished;
http://s398.photobucket.com/user/TOP...6641F.mp4.html

Its been holding up very well and has had a lot of abuse. Dunes, R&V a few times, Mounds, you name it in Mi. very happy with the build and progress. Big thanks to Delvin for helping with Catia and fabing I think about 2 parts on the Jeep.... I will upload more pics and videos as I have taken a lot of GoPro vids...

Had to do this to fit in my buddies enclosed trailer:

Ha, don't think it would go anywhere... I got stuck going DOWN the gravel drive to get into the enclosed trailer.... after it hit the wood deck it was all good.

How is it working on hill climbs? Does the front unload too bad?

It climbs well. It does unload, but not enough to be concerned. A very steep hill will have the shocks in full rebound but doesn't seem to effect the way the jeep climbs. Overall I'm very happy with the air shocks. Nice and smooth.
