looks like a fun project! ur kid shall love it wish i had one when young!! what u doin for gearing? its will be hard to turn 31s with 26hp.....

The Axles have 5.38 gears and the hydralic motors put out approx 150 ft/lb per motor. It will only go 12-15 mph but should be a little torque monster!

Consider that 26hp isn't an uncommon number of HP for a skid steer or a kubota type tractor....

It's all in gearing, old farm tractors range from 25 to 50 hp and turn 50"+ tires

Nice, seen a few of these build over the years. They always get me thinking and keep me awake for a couple nights... thanks alot :D

How do you plan to secure the pump mounting plate at the pinions?

pipes from each side axle tube and a center tube over the diff. There will be an additional tube from the pan hard mount to the third link mount to attach the center tube.

waiting on parts. I have the ram , waiting on the tie rod and pinch clamp and pump. need a 6" steel pulley and waiting on 2 adapters for the motor to the pump. Besides that was working on the Scambler for the snow run this weekend and was out of town for a week. Next weekend plan to have most of the chassis fabbed!

If you need to use my lathe for this, lemme know. Just a south bend workshop 9, but it'd be able to make or clean/center/drill one up for you..
