Default 2.5 Bogger for sale

1978 F250Custom. has 2.5 ton rocks under it. truck is 4linked with a 351m that runs good but burns a little oil. looking to get 3500 obo also will clear 56 tall tires . thanks for looking

a little more info please.

hows the rust?

you say its 4 linked but i still see leafs?

looks like hydro steering?

what size links and heims?

what trans and t case is it?

ya is got a stick trans and yes its got leafs and is 4linked. truck suspension works great and it was built to work with leaf springs. its got cat 2 tractor heims with a 1 in bolt in them

what Tcase ?

What kind of steering components and pump ?

truck need any repairs or bug's worked out ?

The more info the better

Consider any trades .....Do you "Need" anything ?

its got a really steap front drive shaft angle but it works. and its got an old jd orbital valve with hydrolic steering. witch works prity good. and i need cash is abought it but what do u got

not really 4 link just more or less front and rear ladder bars good idea tho thos heavy axles need them .......cool truck

I have a friend that runs a set-up like this. The leaf spings act more like a coil spring with a track bar than an actual leaf spring. If his are like my friends set-up the spring pack have a main spring and one other spring in them. Its just a poor mans four link...

GOT yeah yeah i kinda see that now in the pic didnt look close at it ... u could do away with the 4 link set up and just do one spring in the pack and do a nice heavy duty or airshock and would be the same thing ..like what they do on some air bag / hydo lowrider trucks......anyways its a cool truck

I thought my buddy was crazy when i seen his set-up. That was until i seen how well it actualy worked.

--- On a side note wish I had the cash to buy the truck...

and u guys dont see the inner workings of the springs. the spings have pins in the bottoms of them so the sping can move. if i didnt have the 4link bars then my axle would twist and rip my drive shafts out. so if ur wanta see how it all works then stop out and see the truck .

Looks like the leafs have shackles at both ends so the 4 link is needed, plus the pivots like he mentioned at the axle
