While I love watching the super fast guys, I see them killing your turn out in the end. I know atleast 3 that didn't even enter certain classes cause of them being in. Not sure of how to solve it, just kind of a fyi

thinking about making a new class. seems like some people that are more into mud runs for fun then how fast can I go are getting pushed out. here is my idea, give me some feedback. BUDGET CLASS any truck, any tire $20 entry fee. my pit is 190 feet long so we put a ribbon at 175 foot and the closest to 175 without going past is the winner. 175 foot 1 inch is a DQ. Trophy and cash to top three spots. since it is the BUDGET CLASS you only run for half your money, example 10 trucks $20 fee equals $200.first $50 second $30 third $20 and the rest gets split between the mod and open classes.

I think trucks like Jason's, Bad Company, Twisted too ect, Should run in a class of their own. When you put 35's on those trucks, who can compete? The rules got changed to fit everyone in, but all I see is the rules fit for these high horsepower trucks. The best part of a Mudrun is to see an "underdog" push his truck to the limit and surprise everyone on just how far he can go, even if he is just creeping. The Budget Class, who wants to stop in the middle of the pit if you don't have too? I also see a lot of time being wasted on pulling these trucks back out. And why should the entry fee not be all paid back to the driver's of this class? I wouldn't want to "donate" more money for a class I didn't even run. I agree I have heard a lot of people say they done with mud running all together because of all this rule changing. All I see is that if you don't have $20,000 - $50,000 to pour into a truck then don't bother...Come on guys lets make this sport for everyone, the economy is tough right now, so lets keep talking and fix it...
