Default rim Size Question

I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 and i have 16 inch rims but i have 33 inch tires that are 15 inch rims will 15 inch rims work and if so what size bolt pattern do i need and backspacing? let me know asap send me a message cause im not always on here to check posts

yes 15s will work on a half ton. iv had a hand full of 2nd gen trucks and i have ran 15s on all of em

Bolt pattern is 5x5 1/2 and a simple 3.75 backspacing should work.
